It is learned that the 2nd largest stainless steel seamless tubes manufacturer Tubacex earned €9.37 million from this January to September, an extraordinary increase of 259% compared to the same period last year.
According to the company’s data, its sales revenue in the period reached €394.79 million, an increase of 8.3% compared to same period last year; the number would be 12.5% if ignore the factor of raw material’s cost.
The increase was mainly due to price recovery and better sales of value added tubes such as for petroleum and gas sector.
Besides, business units of the company improved its competitiveness also contributed the prosperous result.
Tubacex expects an even better profit in the coming months because its production line is full loading, the lead time of new orders have to wait until April of next year.
