Brief introduction
The whole set equipment mainly include 6 parts: Mill system,Mash system,Fermentation system,Cooling system,Cleaning system,Control system.
1. About the mash system
It can be 2-vessels brewhouse or 3-vessels brewhouse
Mash/lauter tank,Boiling/whirlpool tank,Hot water tank(Optional)
Usually,most owners of the hotel/restaurant/bar/etc are more like the tanks with copper epiboly due to its beautiful and attractive used in these places,its inner is AISI food grade stainless steel material with mirror polishing process treatment.The followings are their display used in the public place.
2.About the fermentation system
It is consisted of the beer fermenters,bright beer tanks
The fermentation tanks mainly are 4-layers design including the outer,insulation,cooling-jacket,inner sus304.The following are the display of these tanks.
3.Technical parameter
Weld polishing process or mirror polishing for tank surface;sus304-thickness3.0mm; resist compression taper angle design;equipment with manhole,sight glasses,L pipeline;insulation-polyurethane80mm;external-jacket:thickness 3.0mm;equipment with stir,wort pump,different valves and pipings;tanks design pressure=0.3MPa,working pressure<0.2MPa;single welding and double forming pipelines.
