Vertical Grinder

This machine has the advantages of high grinding efficiency, economic practicality, no pollution, and the ability to achieve ultra-fine grinding to below 1 micron. Based on the characteristics of high-speed stirring and grinding, small grinding media, and high filling rate of grinding media, this product has been developed and put into production.

 

The machine adopts high wear-resistant materials for lining, including materials such as alumina, zirconia-alumina composite, zirconia, imported polyurethane, and hard alloys.

 

The material can reach a minimum particle size of D50: 0.3μm, with a particularly narrow particle size distribution.

 

The standard configuration includes a frequency converter and a double mixing bucket, which can be customized according to customer requirements.

 

It is suitable for the production of various ultra-fine powders, such as zirconium silicate, zirconia, alumina, aluminum hydroxide, ceramics, chemical industry, electronic materials, magnetic materials, papermaking, new materials, and calcium carbonate.
